Well made and solid as a rock. Daily use and 1st set of batteries lasted for a full year. It wasn't on the C/C site when I originally bought it. Great design ... you'd never get bolt cutters to the pin. I'm usually too far from the bike (underground parking at home & at work) so the alarm is only a potential deterrent but nobody is taking the bike away unless they're a 4-man pro crew doing the lift & carry thing. It's a heavy piece and not practical if you're thinking of putting the pouch on your belt and carrying it that way while riding.
