Remember to 'unlock' the plastic tabs or the old face-shield will not come out, and of course remember to lock them so the new shield does not blow off. This is a very nice quality face-shield that prevents sunburn as well as protecting one's face from most road hazards. I did manage to sunburn through the original clear faceshield but so far this dark one has been a real winner. NOT recommended for use at night or in dark conditions (carry the clear one for that; replacing the shields takes less than a minute and requires no tools. Be advised that wearing one of these dark shields can be disconcerting to others; one quickly becomes accustomed to seeing through it (even with prescription glasses, there is plenty of clearance), but to others, you look like a 'Storm Trooper' or alien insect .
